your grasses and perennials cut back yet? 3.) Look for
Sawfly on your Mugo pines. Spray with Sevin if you see

just 12" tall with vibrant, dark blue hooded
flowers blooming July-Aug. It has a nice, dense,
branching habit with dark green foliage. It
looks great as a container plant or in the front
border.
